Atlases are designed to be simple to use but will normally include a 'Help' button - click this to find out how to use the atlas. If you hold your mouse pointer over the interactive features in the atlas (e.g. buttons, text, map features), a tooltip describing use of the feature will appear.
If the atlas has a 'Data' button you should use this to navigate the indicators and dates included in the data view. If the atlas is embedded in a page with drop down menus above it, use these menus to choose an indicator and date and click the 'Display' button.
You can print the report directly from the Web browser but you may need to change the page orientation from Portrait to Landscape to preseve the dimensions of the atlas. A better way of capturing the graphics is to copy and paste into another application for printing and resizing/cropping if required. To copy and paste into another application do the following:
Make the browser window containing the atlas as large as possible.
Hold down Ctrl-Alt-Print Screen on your keyboard to copy the graphics.
Open the application you wish to paste the graphics into (e.g. Word).
Hold down Crtrl-V on your keyboard to paste the graphics.
You can then edit (resize, crop, etc) the graphics as required.
