Welcome to the West Lothian Databank
The InstantAtlas Databank provides is a system for reporting on geographic indicators and statistics.
The reports are built by the System Administrator Bob Stead and summarise the key characteristics
of areas in text, tables and charts.
The West Lothian Databank has been set up to provide a mechanism for sharing data between
Community Planning Partners and facilitate the creation of neighbourhood profiles.
The following modules are currently available:
1. DRAFT Quick Reports (run from the top right box): Allow you to produce a summary profile for an electoral ward.
2. DRAFT Reports: These offer more flexibility to select by area (Ward or Datazone).
3. Data Views: This module allows you to explore and map pre-defined sets of data using a combination of interactive maps and tables.
Please Note: The help system contains references to a number of modules which are not available in this system. You only need to read about Section 1 (Home & Quick Reports), Section 2 (Reports), Section 5 (Data Views), and Section 7 (Metadata).
